Ms Kiron Prabhakar is the Founder Partner of PAVLO. She specializes in corporate commercial matters. She has three further verticals i.e. Real Estate, IT and IT enabled services and food laws.

Kiron has worked in the areas of foreign direct investment, company law matters, commercial contracts transfer of technology license agreements, marketing and other human resource agreements.

Her areas of practice also include property development, leases and licenses, conveyances, construction contracts, taxation related to land and property, setting up of trusts, liaising with government bodies related to land and property, transfer of property under the Indian laws of inheritance. She has handled litigation related to real estate matters and has successfully completed several major land and property transfers.

Kiron has worked in projects related to setting of BPOs, E-governance, takeover of one ITcompany by another. She is advising a number of IT clients on an ongoing basis regarding commercial/ legal issues.

Kiron/her firm  has also been involved in providing in depth legal advice and conducting courses in the relatively new  food law called the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006. Kiron has been regularly lecturing at the RICS-Amity University for their BBA and MBA course in Real Estate called the “Real Estate Laws & Regulations.”She has also contributed by drafting and lecturing for the “commercial contracts” course conducted online by Thomson Reuters.  She also contributed to the e-gyan kosh of IGNOU in laws related to privacy in cyberspace. Kiron has also held a seminar in the field of corporate commercial issues along with the French Embassy.

She has also practiced in the Supreme Court and the High Court at Delhi. Prior to setting up this Firm, Kiron has worked as a Partner with “J. Sagar Associates”.

Kiron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Delhi and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts- English (Honours) from Lady Shriram College, University of Delhi. Subsequently, she completed her LLM in IT and Telecom Laws from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. She has a Diploma in Cyber Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. Kiron is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and Delhi High Court Bar Association.
